This blog is dedicated to my fellow HSP's, which of course stands for Highly Sensitive Person. This term was coined by Dr. Elaine Aron, author of the book 'The Highly Sensitive Person.' Living in a definitely insensitive world creates unique challenges for the typical HSP. Perhaps we can share our experiences and learn from one another within the safe haven of this blog.
